Abstract
Culture "shame" because God has a positive energy for the growth of the work ethic of all components of the institution, because it must continue to be developed. Through a cuture of shame individual and group behavior can be restrained so as not to deviate. Synergy of the various components of education can be realized so that the strengthening of institutions and accelerate the achievement of the vision and mission that has been set.
