Management process in Quran: analytic study of Quran verse about management

The Issues that examined in this paper are: (1) how the concept of management in Quran (2) how the opinions of mufassir about verses relating to the management function. In answering these problems, in which the character of a research study of this literature, using descriptive qualitative research methods to provide an overview of management concepts, especially those related to management functions, including planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling are discussed in the Quran. The data presented in the form of existing verses management followed up with an opinion from the mufassir selected, among others; Mustafa al-maraghi, Ibn Kathir, and HAMKA. In this study concluded that Quran is the holy book that serves as a human guide is not only about religious teachings, but also discusses the management of either clear or a metaphor or content of the verse section through the interpretation made by the mufassir.
