Pengaruh fear of failure dan religiusitas terhadap academic dishonesty pada mahasiswa Surabaya

Academic dishonesty is a common problem that often arises in the scope of education and has been a topic that is often studied for decades. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of fear of failure and religiosity on academic dishonesty in Surabaya students. The subjects consisted of 272 students. The method used is a quantitative correlational method. Data collection using the ADI, FPAI and CRS scales, then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that two of the three hypotheses proposed in this study were accepted and one hypothesis was rejected. Partially, there is a positive and significant influence between fear of failure and academic dishonesty, so the higher the fear of failure, the higher the academic dishonesty and vice versa. However, it is different from the results of the influence between religiosity and academic dishonesty which states that there is no influence between the two variables. Simultaneously or together, fear of failure and religiosity with academic dishonesty show a significant influence
