Pengaruh empati dan religiusitas terhadap perilaku prososial pada relawan di Surabaya

This research aims to determine the influence of empathy and religiosity on prosocial behavior in volunteers in Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods with accidental sampling techniques. The number of respondents in the study was 294 volunteers. Data were collected using an online questionnaire via a Google Form survey which consisted of measuring tools for prosocial behavior, empathy and religiosity. Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that empathy and religiosity together have an influence on prosocial behavior in volunteers with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Effective contribution given by empathy and religiosity was 42.1%.
