Pengaruh literasi keuangan dan pengetahuan investasi syariah terhadap keputusan investasi mahasiswa muslim di Kota Surabaya

Financial literacy is one of the basic needs for every individual to manage their finances in order to avoid financial problems. How effectively and efficiently each person allocates money is determined in his financial management. In general, the allocation of funds is intended for several things, namely consumption, saving and investment. Investment is an option that can grow the value of the funds allocated. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial literacy and sharia investment knowledge on investment decisions of Muslim students in the city of Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach by analyzing statistical causal relationships between variables to determine whether there is an influence of financial literacy and sharia investment knowledge variables on the investment decision variables of Muslim students in the city of Surabaya partially and simultaneously. The object of this research is Muslim students who are studying at universities in the city of Surabaya. The number of samples in this study were 100 people who were obtained through non-probability sampling method, namely accidental sampling. The data used is primary data collected by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 application to process the data. The results of the study show that financial literacy and sharia investment knowledge have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions partially. Financial literacy and sharia investment knowledge have an effect simultaneously with the adjusted R square value obtained of 0.278 or 27.8%.
