Gambaran marital satisfaction pada istri pertama poligami

This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach by looking and hearing closer and more detailed explanations and individual understanding of their experiences. The purpose of this research is to find out how marital satisfaction is described by polygamous first wives. The informants in this study were 3 first wives who felt happy in a polygamous marriage and were strengthened by 1 significant other each. From the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the three informants have different marital happiness. The first informant has 9 aspects of marital satisfaction and one aspect that is not fulfilled is children and marriage. The first subject felt happy because in the end the second wife had children and considered them as their own children, but from the bottom of the heart of the informant also wanted to have children of her own. The second subject also fulfills 9 aspects of marital satisfaction. One aspect that has not been fulfilled by the second informant is sexual relationship. The subject felt that as she got older she could not satisfy her husband, that's why the informant often felt sorry for her husband and finally suggested her husband to practice polygamy. While the third subject fulfills 10 aspects of marital satisfaction.
