Abstract
The Act no 12/2012 on higher education is a fresh atmosphere for PTAI in Indonesia. The article 10 paragraph 2 of this Act has included the clump of religion science as one of the groups of science and technology. With this aricle, the status of PTAI in Indonesia became clear which has a constitutional basic.
