Analisis penerimaan digital library menggunakan computer-assisted qualitative data analysis software caqdas pada UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya

Digital Library (Digilib) is a database that is used to store library data in the form of books or written works which can only be accessed online. This database offers easy access to data search because it can be accessed anywhere and at any time. The digital library is also a digital collection center at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. However, until now the use of the digital library at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya still feels not optimal. This is because there is no measurement related to acceptance from the use of digital libraries by UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya students. So this research uses Content Analysis theory to make measurements. Furthermore, the analysis uses the help of Computer-Assisted Qualitative Data Analysis Software (CAQDAS) with NVivo software. This study used a qualitative method consisting of 3 processes, namely 1. Document Study, 2. Interview, 3. Acceptance level analysis. After collecting data from sources and interviews, acceptance level analysis was carried out using Nvivo software. This study obtained results in the form of hierarki chart tree map, hierarki chart sunburst and word cloud. From the two illustrations, the following facts are obtained: 1.'Digilib is important' on the theme of students who are more comfortable visiting the library than using Digilib, 2.'Digilib is difficult to use' for students who actively use Digilib instead of visiting the library, 3.'Digilib is useful for providing lots of references' on the performance aspect, 4.'Digilib does not require effort' more on the effort aspect, 5.'Friends agree to use Digilib' on the social aspect, 6.'No need for other equipment' on the facilitating condition aspect and 7.'Improve access' on the elaboration of the sources. The results of the analysis of these answers can be concluded that the acceptance of Digilib by students at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya was well received along with constructive answers.
