English writing in Indonesian ELTC context: a meta-analysis on the problems and strategies

This thesis discussed about English writing in Indonesian ELT context. The research question is what the problem of English writing is and what is the strategies of English writing. the aim of this research is to find out what are the problems and what are the strategies of English writing. the type of this research used to analyze data by describing the data has been collected as it is called descriptive quantitative meta-analysis approach. The method used was secondary data from about 30 journal articles related to Englis problems and strategies of English writing. the findings show there are six problems of English writing namely: difficulty constructing the word, difficulty constructing the idea, difficulty in choose the right words, lack of motivation and lack of knowledge.wledge.
