Problematika Pendidikan Anak di Keluarga Muslim Buruh Pabrik : Studi Kasus Keluarga Pekerja Pabrik Rokok Diva Sejahtera Sidoarjo

Relegios education of children was first obtained from family environment. The main component are the parents. Is presence of parents in parenting can not be underestimated and regular. Absence of parents in the family will result in the chil being orphaned, although for reasons of work and earn a living.This research is a field research that is descriptive and qualitative, it’s aiming; (1) to know the problem of Islamic relegius education which facing working families cigarettes of Diva Sejahtera.(2)to know the effors being made to solve the problem.The stategy used is a case study, analysis of data through qualitative analysis.Source of research is containing of (1) informan, which are, owner of factory, administration staff, Human Resource, marketing, independent worker and contract employees of Diva Sejahtera. (2) observation, by examining the object of research in the form of companies and it activities. And where the worker live and the activities there. (3) archives and document that can be used as a reference by reseachers.Result of this study indicate (1) the complexity of the problems of workers, from economic, social, culture, until the issue of their children’s education. (2) problems arising problem origated from economic problem, social and culture witch convolute them.(3) the education problem faced can not be separated from education factors.
In this research, in full awarness concluded that the need for workers about the important of education especially Islamic education.
