Komunikasi Kader Posyandu dalam upaya pencegahan Stunting

Communication of Integrated Healthcare Center's (IHC) Representative in Stunting Prevention Means. IHC Melati V is the largest post in Lontar sub-district. Still, there are toddlers with their heights and weights not matching with their ages. It is an interesting phenomenon as it is very important to study the success rate of IHC reps in stunting prevetion by the means of communications. This study uses description-type qualitative methods, so the results of the communication process will become more detailed methods, so the results and obstacles faced during the communication process could be described in details. The data will be analyzed using interaction involvement theory. The results of this study show that the communication process starts with the rep as communicator, who will convey the words to the communicatee. The process of communication will be conveyed differently by the representative depending on their communication style, and the effectiveness of it can be observed during the counseling. The obstacles faced during the process are: the unsuitable communication process, the psychological aspects, and the socio-anthro aspects.
