The method used in this study is using qualitative research. Qualitative research through data collection techniques of observation, interview, in-depth and documentation. The results of this study described that during the leadership of the above has guided the Ummah society is charismatic and democratic. So that in leading the community contributed much to the wider community with a prayer given by KH. Muhammad Ma'roef, RA, KH. Abdul Madjid maroef QS wa RA with his sholawat Wahidiyah and KH. Romo Kanjeng RA with his accomplishments are holding innovations in the field of education, that is 100 educational institutions and Boarding Islamic School is in a built in areas with a centralized system based on Boarding Islamic Schools “Al-Munadhoroh” Kedunglo Kediri.
