MANAJEMEN MUTU PENDIDIKAN : STUDI ANALISIS IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PENJAMINAN MUTU ISO 9001:2008 DI SD AL FALAH SURABAYA

Quality management in education is a way to direct and control an organization/institution in establishing policies, objectives, plans and processes/procedures quality and achievements on an ongoing basis. So, there are three important terms of quality management of education that must be understood, namely quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvement.
From the findings of the study and discussion of this thesis it can be concluded that: First, the implementation of quality assurance system ISO 900:2008 in SD Al Falah implemented through strategies and procedures have been defined in SD Al Falah refer eight clauses SPM ISO 9001:2008 applies SD Al Falah Surabaya; Secondly, the sustainability of SPM ISO 9001:2008 in SD Al Falah Surabaya refers to the last requirement in clause 8.5 related to the repair or improvement, encompasses continuous improvement, corrective and preventive actions against potential or possible incompatibility of components clause SPM ISO 9001:2008 in SD Al Falah Surabaya. Improvements in question is the actions taken to correct the mismatches are found, and actions taken to eliminate the causes of nonconformities in order not reoccur. Manifestations of sustainability SPM ISO 9001:2008, the principal through the head of quality assurance have applied IWA-2 as an implementation guide of quality management system (QMS) ISO 9001 which consists of eight national education standards (SNP).
