Job demand pada petugas perlintasan keret api

This study aims to explore the description of the Job Demand on the Guard Railway Track. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive by using phenomenology approach on guard of railway Track. Researchers selected four subjects who were in Surabaya as research samples. The result of the research, the subject in carrying out his work showed the existence of Job Demand proposed by Bakker (2003), covering; field work that triggers emotional feelings in the subject, excessive workload, and fieldwork that requires a lot of concentration. The results of research on four subjects result that the demands of work in the field triger emergence of emotional feelings on all subjects, as well as the work load is felt excessive, and fieldwork that requires high concentration.
