Abstract
Information system has been used in many areas, including in Online Public Access Catatalogue (OPAC). OPAC is a catalogue system based on computer. The main feature of OPAC is for searching. The complete feature is needed in OPAC. In this reasearch, we will add arabic alphabet based searching feature, which is not available yet. We use one of the fastest searching algorithm, which is digital tree, as a searching algorithm. This algorithm has been implemented in dictionary and will be implemented in search feature in OPAC. We use Javascipt and PHP as programming language in OPAC.
