The ninth class of Khadijah Senior High School Surabaya uses lesson book published by Grafindo Bandung published in 2011 composed by Wildan Taufiq. The formulation of the problem in this research are: how is Arabic textbook used in The ninth class of Khadijah Senior High School Surabaya from five aspects: in term of output (printing), the composition aspect, the aspect of teaching, cultural aspect and aspect of language. The purpose of this study is to solve the problems found in Arabic textbook used in Khadijah Senior High School Surabaya, to know the shortcomingsof it and complete them, to give instructions of composition and how to use it so the textbook is suitable for the basics of composing textbook. Researcher in this research uses a qualitative approach, while the model study is a description of the research model of analysis and assessment. The results of this study was 63% (enough). Lowest result is a cultural aspect, 53% (less), while the highest is the aspect of the book output (printing), 79%. As for suggestions of this research is the composition ninth class of Senior High School level of textbook should be agree with the basics of composition of textbook mainly from five aspects as what have been described above.
