The students motivation in choosing EYL Subject in English education department of state Institute for Islamic Studies Sunan Ampel Surabaya

Motivation is very important for the students because it will improve their study. Students who are motivated in studying are influenced by some factors. Based on the considering above it is very important to know the factors of English Department Students that motivated them to choose EYL subject. This study investigated about the factors that made the sixth semester students of English Department motivated in choosing EYL subject. Thus, the purpose of this study were to find out the factors that motivate the students in choosing EYL subject of English department of State Institute for Islamic Studies Sunan Ampel Surabaya.
