Abstract

The objectives in this study are 1) Analyzing the implementation of the home visit program in online learning at SDIT Al-Azhar and SD Plus Rahmat Kediri City, 2) Analyzing the factors supporting and inhibiting home visit program in online learning at SDIT Al-Azhar and SD Plus Rahmat Kediri City, 3) Analyzing students' learning motivation after the home visit program in online learning at SDIT Al-Azhar and SD Plus Rahmat Kediri City. In the research, researchers used a qualitative approach with a case study research method that has natural characteristics and is in accordance with the facts as a direct data source. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Miles and Hubberman includes data reduction, data presentation, conclusions, and data verification. The data validity technique uses three triangulations, namely triangulation of sources, methods, and theories. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of the home visit program in online learning at SDIT Al-Azhar is carried out on Friday-Saturday, the implementation of the home visit begins with prayer and continues with sharing and learning with a duration of approximately 120 minutes and each group study followed by 2-4 students. The implementation of the home visit program in online learning at SD Plus Rahmat Kediri was carried out on a special week after PTS 2 and with a duration of approximately 45-60 minutes the activities were asking for news, sharing problems experienced, studying, etc. 2) Supporting factors at SDIT Al-Azhar are the school, parents and certain reasons. The inhibiting factors are parents and students themselves. Supporting factors at SD Plus Rahmat Kediri are schools, parents, and the surrounding environment. The inhibiting factors are the students themselves, their parents, and the range of domiciles. 3) Students' learning motivation after the home visit program in online learning at SDIT Al-Azhar can be seen in changes in student learning behavior such as students completing assignments on time, turning on the camera from the beginning of online learning to the end, actively asking questions with the teacher, and others. . Students' learning motivation after a home visit program in online learning at SD Plus Rahmat Kediri can be seen in changes student’s learning behavior, namely students doing assignments on time, actively asking questions, collecting assignments on time, turning on the camera when following online from the beginning of learning to the end of learning, and others.
