Gender is influenced by cukture, religion. socio-politic, economy, law and education and it will changes across places and times. In this context, religion has been used in social and cultural construction. For a long time in history, gender is believed as nature and is dicatated by god and hence can not be changed. From gender perspective, ther is an equality between men and women in their roles and obligations and it is justified by islam. The only quality that makes a distinction between men and women is taqwa.
